🍽️ School Café at Lockhart Elementary

At Lockhart Elementary, all students receive free breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack during After Care—no application or paperwork required.

  • Breakfast begins at 7:00 AM for students in 1st - 5th grade.

  • Pre-K and Kindergarten students are served breakfast starting at 7:30 AM upon their arrival on campus.

  • Lunch is served daily by grade level. For specific grade-level lunch times, please refer to our School Times Page.

All meals provided by the cafeteria meet district nutritional guidelines, and we remain committed to supporting healthy eating habits that help our Lion Cubs stay focused and energized throughout the day.

Students are also welcome to pack a lunch from home and may still go through the lunch line if they choose to do so. We ask that home-packed lunches be nutritional and include more than just snacks. Please note that soda and other carbonated/caffeinated beverages are not allowed on campus and will be confiscated if brought to campus.

A microwave is available for student use to warm up meals. However, misuse of the microwave may result in loss of microwave privileges.
